Special Olympics - Summer Games
Summer Games welcomes thousands of Special Olympics Illinois athletes, Unified partners, coaches, family members, and volunteers to Bloomington-Normal each year. It is the largest of 13 state championships held yearly, and it includes competition in seven different sports, plus activities such as Opening Ceremony, Olympic Town, Healthy Athletes, a Victory Dance, and more.
Grossinger Motors Arena is this year’s venue for artistic gymnastics competition. Come out to volunteer and cheer on these incredible athletes as they display their talents on the big stage!
